Client provides Castle Rock an overview of their major needs and/or problems during a 30-60 minute call.
Castle Rock develops a client-specific plan to correct MSPs (Most Serious Problems) first (i.e. tax compliance takes priority over financial statement review).
Client agrees to the plan and CRC starts work based on MSPs and timeframe.
Final deliverables sent to client for review and additional requests.
Castle Rock provides client specific advice for future considerations and/or planning based on original work and industry expertise.
